What if I need a Referral?
After verifying your insurance coverage, we will be able to determine if a referral is needed. If so, you may call your physicians office and have them fax the referral to our office @ 281-542-0464. We work closely with many physicians and this is usually not a problem.
What will my initial visit cost?
Without having examined you first, we do not have an answer. After a thorough evaluation, your problem will be assessed and the doctor will recommend the treatment necessary. Our initial visit can run between $50.00 and 275.00 depending on if x-rays are needed and what therapies will be recommended. If your insurance has a co-pay, it may only cost you $15.00 to $40.00, depending on your co-pay amount. We will inform you of any cost, prior to you receiving any treatment.
If I recently had x-rays or an MRI done, do I have to retake the x-rays again with your office?
No, as long as your x-rays or MRI were done within the last six to nine months. We will get your records released to our office with your permission, or you may bring them with you to your appointment.
Do I have to be a chiropractic patient to receive other services you offer? i.e. massage, pillows, mattresses, etc.
No, we welcome everyone to utilize our services to fit their needs. Please call 281-542-0300, to schedule an appointment for your services.
