Put an end to painful distractions

Chiropractic

Your body has the incredible ability to ease pain and heal itself, just not always by itself. Sometimes you need a helping hand.

Chiropractic adjustments and treatments address a variety of biomechanical and neurological problems within the neuromusculoskeletal system. These problems can manifest as neck or back pain, joint pain, arm pain, wrist pain, numbness and tingling in hands or feet, and a host of other health issues - throughout your entire body.

At Keng Chiropractic, we focus on a range of chiropractic techniques and therapies to ensure you get the treatment that is best for you.  Gentle chiropractic manipulation along with muscle stimulation, ultrasound, therapeutic exercises, and flexibility training are just a few of the many treatments offered.  With information gathered from physical examinations, medical history, and imaging, we can help put you back on track to leading a more productive, active and pain free life.

Therapeutic Massage

Medical research has shown that therapeutic massage has both immediate and far reaching health benefits - pain relief, reduced anxiety and depression, relief of muscle tension, decreased headache intensity, increased circulation, improved range of motion, better sleep habits and even temporary reduction of heart rate and blood pressure.

Combining therapeutic massage with regular chiropractic treatments will decrease current and chronic health complications while increasing your overall sense of wellness and well-being.

Our staff of LMTs (Licensed Massage Therapists) are dedicated to providing a holistic approach to health care. They are experts in a wide range of techniques, including: Deep Tissue Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Full-body Stretching and Reflexology.  In addition, we offer hot stone massage, salt scrub, tan applications and ear candling.

Spinal Decompression

Spinal Decompression is a revolutionary new non surgical technique used to treat injuries to the discs of the neck and back. By applying cycles of decompression and relaxation to the spine, a vacuum effect is created within the targeted discs. This effect, known as “inter-discal pressure,” draws water, oxygen and nutrient-rich fluid from the outside of the discs to the inside, allowing torn or damaged disc fibers to heal more effectively.

Our team of experts at Keng Chiropractic use Spinal Decompression techniques to effectively treat bulging and herniated discs, pinched nerves, sciatica, radiating arm pain, degenerative disc disease, leg pain, and facet syndromes.

Sports and Recreational Injuries

By their very nature, sports and recreational activities are risky ventures for your entire body. We understand that many patients live weekend warrior lifestyles, and as a result are frequently left with residual pain come Monday morning. Though healthy in many ways, these sporadic bursts of activity can cause sore muscles, and many more serious problems, to arise quickly.

Even the best-trained athletes in the world are subject to sudden injury. Injuries frequently occur without warning, needing quick attention and proper treatment to heal effectively. After a thorough evaluation, Dr. Keng will determine what course of action will work best to treat your specific injury – whether it be a series of chiropractic treatments or a referral to one of her many medical colleagues to further evaluate your condition.

Post Surgical Rehabilitation

Surgery can be a life saver in many instances. But for the patient, the road to recovery after surgery may feel longer and more painful than anything they’ve ever experienced before.

At Keng Chiropractic, we stay up-to-date on the latest rehabilitation treatments and procedures. We employ only the safest, most recognized treatment protocols in the surgical community and will help you recover from your surgical procedure as quickly and completely as possible.
